This policy applies to apparel purchases from shop.carbonperformance.com.

Return window and eligibility

Request your return within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any original tags and packaging included. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us using the instructions below.

Free return shipping

Carbon Performance covers return shipping for approved U.S. returns. After your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Please contact us before mailing anything back and use the label we provide.

Gift-card credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved returns are credited for the amount paid for the returned merchandise, including applicable sales tax, in the form of a Carbon Performance online-store gift card sent to the email address on your order.

Original outbound shipping and handling charges are excluded from the credit. The gift card can be used for future purchases at shop.carbonperformance.com.

Exchanges

To get a different size or item, request a return and use your gift-card credit to place a new order. Replacement purchases are subject to availability and the shipping charges shown at checkout.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items to [email protected]within 24 hours of delivery, or on the next business day if delivery occurs on a weekend or holiday. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage or incorrect items and their packaging.

We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Cancellations

Email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders can be canceled only before they have been fulfilled. If your order has already been fulfilled, please follow the return process above.
