Shipping destinations

We currently ship apparel orders within the United States. Available delivery options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Order processing

In-stock orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow additional processing time during new product releases and periods of high order volume.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and available shipping service. Applicable sales tax is calculated separately.

Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order issues

Check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error or need help with a delayed, damaged, or missing shipment, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns

To request a return, contact us within 15 days of delivery. Carbon Performance covers return shipping for approved U.S. returns. Approved merchandise returns receive an online-store gift card; original outbound shipping and handling charges are excluded.
